No Show Policy

Description

“No Show” shall mean any student who fails to show up within 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment. “Same Day Cancellation” shall mean any student who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. “Late Arrival” shall mean any student who logs on 01-30 minutes after the expected class time.

Cancellation Policy

Weld Coach’s goal is to provide excellent service to each student in a timely manner. Cancellations made 7 days in advance from class date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will incur a $35 fee plus the fee for materials. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 100% fee.

Reschedule Policy

If it is necessary to reschedule a class, students may do so by using the reschedule link in their conformation email or by contacting us at info@weldcoach.com at least 24 hours before their class time. If the notice is received less than 24 hours before class time, this will be considered a cancellation and will forfeit 100%.

No Show Policy

Students who fail to log into their class within 30 minutes of their class time will be counted as a “No Show” and will not be refunded. If the student is logged into their class and the instructor is not present, please contact us at info@weldcoach.com or email the instructor for assistance.

Late Arrival Policy

If you log into your class late, unfortunately you will lose that time and we cannot add on additional time. If you fail to log into your class within 30 minutes you forfeit your class. Contact your instructor or info@weldcoach.com if you are having issues logging into your class.
