Weld Coach is an independent training platform that is currently unaccredited. This will likely change in the future.
YES! Learning from Weld Coach is unlike any other welding education platform. Weld Coach connects you with a real live person who can provide lessons, feedback, and even demonstrate techniques just as if they were right in front of you in person.
WeldCoach works with almost any smart device with a camera and an internet connection. We recommend an Android or Apple device built in the past 3 years and a high speed internet connection for the best video quality, however the official requirements are

- Firefox for Android version 95 or newer OR
- Samsung Internet for Android version 4 or newer
- Apple
- Safari for iOS version 11 or newer
NOPE! Our coaches are trained to work with you at any level of experience, whether it be zero, or you’re continuing on from your last courses, or anywhere in between.
Whichever course you are interested in. If you want to learn to TIG weld aluminum – book an aluminum TIG class. If you want to learn how to stack dimes with MIG – book a MIG class. It’s up to you!
It’s up to you! You have a choice for course length: 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. 1 hour and 2 hour courses include metal and materials to learn with. A 30 minute course does not.
Simple! Click the same link you were sent at the start of your class and pick up where you left off.
You may reschedule your class up to 24 hours before it is scheduled to begin, simply click the reschedule link in your conformation email or contact us at info@weldcoach.com and someone will assist you.

Report the error to us at info@weldcoach.com and we will reschedule your class. Please include a description of what happened, as well as the type of internet connection and device you are using.
In the unlikely event that your Coach is a no show, you will be rescheduled later with the same Coach, or another of your choosing.

Our Coaches are trained to spot just about any mistake and are prepared to assist you with making corrections. They’re really good at it too!
Weld Coach was designed to be a one-on-one live training platform. You learn to weld the same online with your Coach as you would in person sitting right in front of them. The only difference is you get to learn anywhere you are instead of having to learn in the same location as an instructor.
Your Coach may be available to answer questions via email, or you can book a 30 minute consultation at a later date to discuss your progress, ask questions, or plan for your next class.
